Whole Home Maintenances provides professional home renovation and remodeling services including but not limited to:
- Kitchen remodeling and renovation
- Bathroom renovation and upgrades
- Roofing and siding installation/repair
- Flooring installation and replacement
- Interior and exterior painting
- Outdoor and patio construction
- General home improvement services
All services are provided in accordance with California state regulations and local building codes.
3. Eligibility and Account
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to enter into contracts
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account information
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
4. Service Agreements and Contracts
Estimates and Quotes
- All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days
- Estimates are based on information provided and initial assessment
- Final pricing may vary based on actual project scope and conditions
- Written contracts are required for all projects over $500
Project Timeline
- Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, permits, or unforeseen circumstances
- We will communicate any delays promptly
- Client-caused delays may result in additional charges
Changes and Modifications
- Any changes to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing
- Additional work may incur extra charges
- Change orders must be signed before work begins
5. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
- Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts
- Typical payment schedule: 10% down, progress payments, 10% final payment
- Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash, check, credit card, or bank transfer
- Credit card payments may incur processing fees
- Financing options may be available for qualified customers
Late Payments
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
- Work may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due
- Collection costs and legal fees may be added to delinquent accounts
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
- We provide a 2-year warranty on workmanship
- Material warranties are provided by manufacturers
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse
Warranty Claims
- Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery
- We will repair or replace defective work at no charge
- Warranty is void if work is modified by others
7. Liability and Insurance
Whole Home Maintenances maintains appropriate insurance coverage including:
- General liability insurance
- Workers' compensation insurance
- Contractor's license and bonding
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Client is responsible for protecting personal property during construction
8. Cancellation and Termination
Client Cancellation Rights
- California law provides a 3-day right to cancel for contracts signed at your home
- Cancellation after work begins may incur charges for completed work and materials
- Custom orders and special materials are non-refundable
Company Termination Rights
- We may terminate contracts for non-payment or breach of terms
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
- Termination notice will be provided in writing
9. Permits and Compliance
- We will obtain necessary permits as specified in contracts
- All work will comply with local building codes and regulations
- Client is responsible for HOA approvals and special assessments
- Permit fees are additional unless specified otherwise
10. Website Use and Intellectual Property
Acceptable Use
- You may use our website for lawful purposes only
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Do not use our website to transmit harmful or illegal content
Intellectual Property
- All website content is owned by Whole Home Maintenances
- You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission
- Our trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property
11. Communication and Reviews

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
For existing contracts, changes will not affect work already in progress unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.
